Authorization and available methods
We process an order only after payment has been successfully authorized. Use a payment method genuinely enabled and shown at checkout. The provider may approve, review, decline or ask you to verify the transaction. Supply correct billing and contact information; incomplete, high-risk or unverifiable payments may delay an order or cause cancellation.
Security, holds and refunds
We do not store complete card numbers on these pages. A decline, authorization hold, chargeback, payment dispute or exchange-rate question is usually handled by the card issuer or payment provider. Approved refunds normally return through the original payment method; Refund Policy explains the processing period.
