Where orders can travel
We ship orders to addresses supported by the delivery options available at checkout. Destination restrictions and carrier limitations may exclude some addresses or products. Enter a complete delivery address and accurate email and phone details; errors can interrupt fulfillment.
Preparation and delivery
Normal order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Processing and transit are separate periods. These estimates are not guarantees; holidays, severe weather, busy periods and carrier disruptions may extend them.
Charges, tracking and exceptions
Checkout determines shipping charges and whether free shipping applies. Tracking is sent when available; the first scan may not appear immediately. For a delay, lost parcel or tracking marked delivered without receipt, contact us with the order number, checkout email and tracking number. Check the delivery area and household first. For damage, retain the packaging and send photos. We will review the issue and work with the carrier where needed.
